MEET THE TRYBE
We got started in the most old fashioned of ways, by being neighbors! We live on the same street, met in our driveways and the rest is history. After talking during a few neighborhood BBQs and playdates with our toddlers, we decided to team up to combine our expertise and love for design to bring our vision to life.

THE TEAM
KATE O'ROURKE
With over 15 years of experience in interior design, Kate O’Rourke has worked on both residential and commercial projects ranging from newly constructed custom homes to restaurants and corporate offices. After spending the better part of her adolescence living abroad soaking up art and architecture, Kate returned to the US to study interior design at university. After spending over a decade working at award-winning architecture and design studios it only made sense to branch out all on her own - and what better way to do that than a partnership. She is a multi-faceted designer with an attention to detail taking a space from conception to drawings to a built and fully curated interior.

ANNA WESTERN
Anna Western has over a decade of experience as a designer creating branding and digital experiences. She realized her love of design extended to physical space as well and launched Trybe Collective to pursue her vision of interior design. She got her start in UX design in New York at Moment Design, where she worked with clients as Tiffany & Co., Disney and Gucci. She most recently was a lead product designer at Facebook where she worked on internal tools for 4 years. She also loves landscape photography and modern art and combines her aesthetic sensibilities to create truly unique, warm and modern spaces.

OUR PROCESS
Our process starts with getting to know you and what kind of design you love. In our initial meetings, we will work to learn your style and develop a project concept to serve as the basis of your design. Our approach is holistic and we will keep you involved and informed every step of the way.
We know your home is incredibly personal and we understand the importance of every decision, yet we also strive to make it easy. After all, decision fatigue is our job, not yours! We do our best to understand our clients' needs and work hard to establish trust - so not only do you end up with something you love but the process is relaxed and enjoyable.
